YOUR MISSION
As a project manager at Vreta Kluster, you have a strategic and operational mission: to plan, lead, and implement projects that align with Vreta Kluster's strategy for 2025–2030 – We are building the future land.

You are responsible for developing ideas into feasible projects, ensuring that projects deliver results, and contributing to long-term benefits for businesses, society, and the green sectors.

ONGOING PROJECTS
The position includes responsibility for several ongoing development projects, including:
• Smart renewable energy solutions for rural businesses
• Circular collaboration in Östergötland and Örebro counties

The projects concern areas such as circular economy, energy transition, business development in rural areas, and national collaboration.

YOUR TASKS
• Lead and follow up projects from start to finish
• Ensure goals, timelines, budgets, and quality in projects
• Develop and write project applications
• Be responsible for project budgets, forecasts, and reporting
• Lead meetings, workshops, and collaboration processes
• Build and maintain relationships with project partners and funders
• Represent the projects in networks and external contexts

You are self-driven but appreciate working in a team and actively contribute to Vreta Kluster's collective development.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE
• Relevant higher education, for example in project management, sustainable development, or green sectors
• Experience in project management
• Good financial understanding and experience in budget follow-up
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
• B driver's license

MERITORIOUS
• Experience with EU or publicly funded projects
• Knowledge in circular economy, bioeconomy, energy, or sustainable development
• Experience in collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders
